Joining our VIP Wash Club is simple! There are two ways to join:

1. Conveniently sign up at any of our Prestige Car Wash locations — find a location near you.
2. Join our VIP Wash Club now by signing up online. Bring your confirmation to your closest Prestige Car Wash and start washing right away!

Our VIP Membership is a quick, convenient and flexible way to wash your car. In other words, the smart way to wash your car!

We offer four diverse plans, each one made to meet our customers’ specific needs. All VIP plans are limited to one wash a day.

Every VIP Car Wash member is conveniently billed on the same day of the month they signed up on. For example, if you signed up on June 5th, you will be charged on July 5th. The automatic renewal is billed to the credit or debit card that was used to purchase the plan.

If you are interested in a monthly VIP Wash Membership, a credit or debit card is required.

VIP Membership automatically renews and is billed monthly (on your specific sign-up date) to the credit or debit card that was used on the sign-up date.

One-time RFID tag fee — $2.88

There is a one-time $2.88 charge for your VIP RFID tag, equipped with a smart chip. This advanced tag is placed on your windshield and allows for instant, hands-free access to your daily car wash — making every visit fast, easy, and exclusive.

• One-time charge: this fee is only charged once per vehicle, during sign-up.
• RFID tag fee: credit card only.
• No recurring RFID tag fees: you won’t be charged again unless you need a replacement.
• Instant access: start enjoying VIP washes right away.
• Full benefits: 34 VIP locations + free vacuums + wash every day.

RFID smart tag replacements

If your VIP RFID smart tag is lost or damaged, a replacement costs $2.88. To get a new one:

1. Visit your nearest location.
2. Let our team know you need a replacement sticker.
3. We’ll apply the new sticker and process the fee.

You can conveniently cancel your VIP Wash Plan one of two ways:

1. Cancel online under our “Manage Plan (opens in a new tab)” tab, then select the tab labeled “Cancel My Plan”.
2. Contact us directly at info@prestigewash.com.

Your chosen plan’s full price will be charged on the same day of the following month. For example, if you sign up on June 5th you will not be charged until July 5th.

Of course — you can with all VIP Car Wash Plans!

• If you have a new vehicle with a new license plate, read option 1.
• If your new vehicle has the same license plates as your previous vehicle, read option 2.

Option 1 — new vehicle, new license plate

To transfer your VIP Wash Membership you need to email the office. You can reach us during our office hours of 9am–4pm, Monday–Friday. We will cancel your old vehicle and license plate. Once you talk with us via email, we will let you know when you can sign up your new vehicle at any of our locations!

If you have already signed up your new vehicle at one of our locations and were charged for your previous plan, make sure to email our office with your plan information. This way we can adjust your account.

Option 2 — same license plate

If your new vehicle has the same license plates as your previous vehicle, email us during our office hours of 9am–4pm, Monday–Friday. Someone will be able to update your information.

VIP Memberships are accepted at participating Prestige Car Wash locations. Please note that Express locations do not accept VIP Memberships and are pay-per-use only.

We reserve the right to close due to inclement weather. If it is raining or snowing, we may close depending on the severity of the conditions. During the winter months, we may also need to close periodically to clear snow and maintain safe operating conditions.

Anyone who joined prior to May 13th, 2025 will be billed on the 1st of every month.
